Shipping in the U.S. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Item will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Shipping is calculated by weight, not item, so the more you buy the more you save on shipping!
Shipping Insurance is not offered. However, delivery is guaranteed*. This means that for US shipments, we guarantee the US Postal Service will record delivery within 10 working days (every once in a great while it takes that long, even though we ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment). If they do not record delivery within 10 working days, we will reship your order on request. However, once the US Postal Service records delivery, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended.
International shipping is by USPS Global Express Mail (EMS, with tracking). If you are an international customer, feel free to stock up so you can save on shipping.
For International shipments, our guaranteed delivery only extends to the point of entry into your country, but again we guarantee that tracking will show that this occurs within 10 working days, or we will reship your order on request. And again, once tracking with the US Postal Service shows point of entry into your country, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended.
For legal and insurance reasons, we are required to claim the full value of the order on all customs documents for all international shipments. This value is the price you payed for the order, not including shipping. If you have a concern about the amount of customs fees that you may be charged, please contact your local authorities. Customs fees are a tax levied by your country, and we have no control over them, nor any knowledge of what they might be.
*We have determined that Italy, South Africa, and Austria are risky countries to ship to. Please be aware of the items that can legally be imported into your country. We will not be responsible for lost of confiscated packages that are shipped to Italy, South Africa, and Austria.
