Of all the tools we have tried, the very best has been these Mini Bolt Cutters. They are 8 inches long, with strong handles and all-purpose, center cut jaws. They feature hardened blades made from a special alloy, spring action handles, and comfort grips.

Made by Cooper Hand Tools, they are built to cut wire and light chain. These work great for cutting rooting needles-- we have found NOTHING better!
