What is your privacy policy?

We want our customers to feel safe on our website.  For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Are your products guaranteed?

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, after initial inspection, product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return any item within 30 days for a refund. Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and you must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was our mistake). To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending item back, otherwise return will not be accepted and refund cannot be issued.

How long will it take for me to get an order?

For U.S. customers, we ship by U.S.P.S. Priority within one business day of receiving cleared payment.  Your order should arrive in 2-3 business days.

For international customers, it usually takes about a week, depending on your location.  Allow up to 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa payments over a secure merchant gateway.  If you have a Discover or American Express credit card, you may pay with them through Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal with your credit card.  We also accept money orders.  Orders paid by money order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

In the U.S., we ship by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.  Shipping is calculated by weight, not item, so the more you buy, the more you save in shipping.

International shipping is by EMS (U.S. Global Express).  If you are an international customer, feel free to stock up to save  money on shipping.
